Day of Appointment

  •  IF YOUR’RE FEELING SICK PLEASE DON’T COME IN, CALL TO RESCHEDULE ASAP
  • NO ADDITIONAL GUEST
  • PLEASE BRING A FACE MASK AND EXPECT TO WEAR IT FOR YOUR WHOLE SESSION, NO MASK, NO SERVICE
  • CLIENTS ARE EXPECTED TO  SANITIZE/ WASH THEIR HANDS UPON ARRIVAL

Payments

  • A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $20 IS REQUIRED TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, THIS WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE
  • PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED VIA ZELLE, APPLE PAY, VENMO, AND CASH

Cancellation/ Late/ No Show

  • PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. CLIENTS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL LOSE THEIR SESSION
  • NO SHOWS / NO TEXT / NO CALL CAN RE-BOOK A NEW SESSION WITH ANOTHER $20 DEPOSIT
  • IF YOU CANCEL, NO SHOW, OR RESCHEDULE SAME DAY, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
  • IF YOU CANCEL A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, I’LL TRY TO MAKE ACCOMMODATIONS, BUT IT’S NOT GUARANTEED
  • IF YOU NO SHOW, NO CALL, YOU LOSE 1 SESSION EACH TIME
